Publishing Credentials: When you connect third-party publishing platforms (WordPress, Google Docs, Shopify), we collect and store the necessary authentication credentials to enable publishing functionality.

These transmissions are necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service. Each AI provider's handling of this data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4.2 Publishing Platforms

When you publish content through the Service, your content and associated metadata are transmitted to your connected publishing platforms (WordPress, Google Docs, Shopify). This sharing is necessary to fulfill your publishing requests.

4.3 Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and marketing services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

4.4 Business Transfers

Your User Content is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your content will be deleted from our active systems within 90 days. Backup copies may be retained for a limited additional period for disaster recovery purposes.

5.4 Legal Holds

If we are required to retain your information due to legal obligations, disputes, or regulatory requirements, we will retain the necessary information until such obligations are fulfilled.

6.2 API Key Security

Your API keys are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage. Access to encrypted keys is strictly controlled and logged. We recommend that you regularly rotate your API keys and monitor your usage through your AI provider dashboards.

6.3 Limitations

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
